Irritating alarms expose danger when switched off!😖
Urgent Low Glucose Alert is entwined with Rapid Rising Glucose Alert and Rapid Decreasing Alert with one toggle switch(Override Do Not Disturb switch). That may be good for type 1 diabetes where the Rapid Rising Glucose alarm may instigate a boost with insulin injection which would quickly correct rising blood glucose. In type 2 diabetes, there is no such option if the user is not on insulin. Therefore the constant alarm about rising glucose level, which may be temporary anyway, becomes an irritant, and when one toggles its aforementioned switch off, that automatically switches the URGENT LOW GLUCOSE alert OFF, which is a DANGEROUS and unwanted action. How anyone did not think about this is baffling. The Urgent Low Glucose Alert switch should be a stand alone switch separated from the alerts for rapid glucose changes!
