iCardio is a health and wellness app that allows you to monitor your real-time heart rhythms, sleep patterns, blood pressure trends, blood sugar patterns, and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2). It also provides daily health assessments, personalized lifestyle tips, and mental health tests.
You can instantly check your heart rate using your fingertip and your phone's camera. The app also offers HRV analysis to monitor stress, energy, and recovery.
No, iCardio is for general wellness purposes only and is not a medical device. It cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. Always consult a physician for health decisions. Blood pressure and blood sugar readings require external devices.
Upgrading to Premium unlocks full access to all features. Subscriptions are available on a weekly or yearly basis. Payment is charged to your iTunes Account after confirmation, and auto-renewal can be managed in your Account Settings.
iCardio allows you to log and track trends for blood pressure and blood sugar. However, these readings require external devices for measurement, as the app itself does not perform these measurements.
