No longer sync to iPhone

I’ve had my iCare since 1/2023 and it worked perfectly. After every iPhone update the syncing got worse and worse. Now, 2/2026, after the latest apple update, the iCare no longer syncs to my phone…very frustrating.

App needs work

Password expired and app says I need to reset password but instructions and links to reset just take me to login. Did anyone even test this?

Also long time problem, need to occasionally reset app for it to work.

Great tonometer, app not so great

I’ve been using the iCare Home 2 tonometer several times daily for about 3 months and the experience with taking measurements has been great. However, the app is clunky and often fails to connect to the device. Sometimes I need to login again but it doesn’t prompt me to do so, it just fails to sync. I would suggest that you move the “Measurements have been transferred” message away from the Measurements button. In order to actually see the results one has to click to dismiss the notification before clicking on the Measurements button. Completely unnecessary step if you just move the notification away from the button. Also it would be extremely helpful to just display the results on the welcome screen! I wish the device had a display of the results so I wouldn’t have to use the app!

I am so thankful for this app. I suffer considerably less stress because of it. Thank you!
