What's New in MyEyes Mobile

1.3.1

October 30, 2026

Updates on your terms • MyEyes now asks before it downloads an update. Tap Update now, or Later to be reminded tomorrow. • You'll also be told when a newer version is in the App Store. Reading times you can trust • Readings keep the time you took them, even after you travel to another time zone. • Syncing sets your tonometer's clock to your phone's time zone, so new readings aren't hours off. Fewer sync problems • Activating a rental tonometer tries again by itself if the tonometer is slow to confirm its settings. • A slow reply from the tonometer no longer stops your readings from downloading. • If the tonometer doesn't fully identify itself, MyEyes asks you to wake it and try again, instead of saying it isn't supported. New • If several readings in a row are all recorded as the same eye, Home lets you know, so you can check nothing was beside your eye while you measured.

Finally!

I have used the icare HOME2 tonometer for 3 years to manage my glaucoma, and it has saved my vision on numerous occasions. The machine works great, but the patient2 app that came with it can be very finicky, especially with connecting to my phone. The MyEyes app connects immediately, with no messing with signs and password resets. It’s much quicker, and I love that I can adjust the settings on the app to accommodate my low vision. The charts are great and my doctor loved it as well! Highly recommend this app to accompany a HOME2

Smooth, reliable sync with my HOME2 tonometer. A huge upgrade from Patient2!!

I used to rely on the Patient2 app to track my eye pressure, but I ran into a lot of friction and Bluetooth issues until I found this new app from MyEyes. It pairs seamlessly with my tonometer, logs my IOP readings instantly, and makes it really simple to add personal notes to each entry. The interface is clean and straightforward without any unnecessary clutter. If you've had trouble or bugs with other HOME2 apps, I definitely recommend giving this a try.

Great UI but Bluetooth is as unreliable as in the iCARE app

Still have to sync manually and some readings are simply not imported over. Had to switch back to the iCARE app which downloads all my readings. The app looks great but needs significant work. Ideally the app would stay open when user takes measurements which instantly display on the app. Until that happens it’s not an improvement over what iCARE already offers.
