Didn’t get what I paid for

Paid to have the contact card on Lock Screen and you add your contacts, select photo and then nothing happens . No option to save and when you click on preview nothing happens

Rev

Now in iOS 16 the details in the emergency sections shown on lock page need to be moved down or be made positional due to new widget frame overriding the emergency position. Also drs phone number does not record the number and retain it correctly. This is in Australia. I have used this app for a long time and rely on its info to be correct for my own safety. The app doesn’t have a contact us section to deal with things like I have described.

Disappearing Medical Data/Non-existent Support

Stay Away!!! Went to update immunization data. Years of history gone as were meds. Contacted support. Two weeks. Not even the courtesy of a response that they can’t help. They deserve no stars at all and should be removed from Apple store.
