No support

Been using this app since Jan.2017. Other day it would not let me login. E-mailed support no reply, so I called, the guy who answers the phone doesn't even work for the company. He gives you an extension that just says leave a message, I did an still no response. I'm going to try different apps.

New account

Can't create a new account. Gives error msg but no info on what the error is. Tried several times same results. Can't recommend as can't get into app.

Frustrated

After meticulous logging of levels for a week app decided to log me out of account and would not let me log back in. Support slow to respond all my data lost! Also app requires multiple entries if you take more than one med at a time.

Not ready for prime time

First I had to sign up, password, email, etc. then it list my data. Even with the sign up they couldn't recover the data. I've switched to a different app. This one is deleted!

Getting better

I had multiple problems with this app when I first tried it, but I'm happy to say that after contacting the developer, all problems now seem to have been resolved!

There is one other change I would like to see made, however - the ability to track your weight from day to day rather than just entering it once. That would help the user see additional trends over time.
