Fun Game when you can win and move on
Great game. My reason for only 4 stars is some levels (like 510) are impossible to win unless you spend money, I guess. I’ve been on that level for months. No way possible to get 210 golds and 73 ice cubes. Very frustrating!
And often you can only do one (wasted) move which doesn’t help your game at all. Very little strategy needed or allowed in that case. You are at the mercy of the game.

Miss the 2 mini games that used to show up everyday. They should be brought back.
Constellations
Love this game! But 3/21, I should be able to do a new constellation. When I press on it, it’s not allowing me to do anything. Please advise on how I can play them again. Thanks
Game levels
Upgraded my iPad and now got back on to play ice Jewel and I was on about 1800 level and now it’s making me start fresh from one and I have purchased many things on the app. It will not allow me to connect to the Facebook and I think that’s where the problem is if somebody could get back with me.
Not a Good App
I have been playing this game for years and spending a lot of money to advance daily. Something is wrong with the app and you should fix it. I also would like to have my money that I spent today, 02/10/26. I paid money to pass level 642 and it is still showing as I didn’t pass it. You need to fix this. I will also request a refund from Apple explaining what happened. I will not be using this app any longer.

No new levels
Play this on your app. No new levels in over a week now. Been playing for years. You never fixed the problem with playing adventure either. I will delete if no new levels appear within a week. Very disappointed again in this app
Disappointed
I miss the other option game that allowed me to pick up extra tools to play the feature game. I am levels that are more difficult and I cannot accumulate enough extra tools to win the games. It is taking me too long and is too frustrating to continually lose. Please bring it back. Thanks

Help please
I downloaded this app on my new iPhone. On my old phone I had accumulated 22,231 gold bars and 4,675,549 coins. This didn’t transfer to my new phone. Also on the new phone, I no longer have adventures to participate in. Please help!! 💖

Issues with app
You need to fix so I can have my adventure back
App login issues
App support takes me to a bogus site. Need help with login. I couldn’t remember if I used Apple or Facebook to login. Guessed wrong and cannot figure out how to logout so I can use the other to login. No friends are visible and the daily challenges and short term games are not available. All of my points are still present. How do I get these back?
