Just a note that I’ve been using this app for years and we definitely need some updates. Sometimes I get notifications, but 95% of the time I don’t. Why is that??? And I know I’m not the only one. In addition I’ve mentioned this ICE help, zero feedback

Logs out all the time and does not show notifications, you have to go into the app all the time to check if you have any new messages. In the age of technology this is a disgrace

I don’t get notifications from this app. It constantly logs me out. There are very limited sorting functions when viewing market data.

The biggest issue of this app is that notifications of new messages etc never appear unless you have the application open. Once you leave the application and open another one or even lock the phone notifications stop. Have tried various things have check all notifications to be on etc but issue remains.

New version crashes regularly
Since downloading the new version of the app I have consistently had issues with the performance of the chat function, crashing and unable to display who is on and offline. Poor update
Unable to sign out!
The app is great but ive always had an issue when it comes to signing out. I still receive blasts from brokers when signed out. Is there a fix for this problem?
