Doesn’t work - “System Error Tap to Retry”
Constantly receive the following “ System Error Tap to Retry” whenever hitting news, markets, watchlist, search & so on. Cannot submit logs or in-app complaints. Receive the same consistent error message on bottom middle of screen. As of 1/18/25.

Not much for the price
Hasn’t received a significant update since launch. No premium experience and no mobile messaging to replace Eikon. Not worth the cost savings compared to Bloomberg’s super mobile app.
Login requested every time
Why can’t the app remember my user name and password. Why does it kick me out of my desktop whenever I respond to the app notifications? This is vastly inferior compared to Factset app
Logs out every time
The app keeps logging me out. It’s a pain to re login every time. Face ID does not work and returns an error. This is the only app i have these issues with. Very annoying, stopped using…
