Not working for iPhone SE 1st gen on iOS 15.8.7
The app does not work for it it shows an error message ‘No Auth data set (401)’ after login authorization before two factor authentication begins. I have my iPhone SE working almost perfectly on Firefox and Safari with the web browser version for Icedrive except downloads only one thing at a time 100% successfully via the web browser.

Upgraded iOS 12.5.8 & icedrive 2.5.0. Cannot login. App store entry states compatible iOS 11.0. False: technical department claimed 2.5.0 uses security features not supported by my ipad. It should still work on 12.5.8.
Icedrive have broken with app store practice to retain previous compatible versions. I can load & login using every other app.
Very disappointing: I used icedrive for some time. It should never lose data; never deny access. Both show poor technical support.
Noted icedrive changed location from Wales to Gibraltar. Is that the reason?

Recent update or error has kicked me out of my account
So I created an account back in June and since then I was enjoying using this app to upload files for the past couple of months till the end of the summer, then took a break from the app for awhile …until recently when I opened the app again after months of inactivity it asked me to sign in again, however when I entered my email address and password that I have saved; it says incorrect password or email I then kept trying a bunch of times to double check if I’m using my right credentials but it still doesn’t work even when I know I’m using my right login, I tried clicking on forgot password to send a notify to my email inbox to reset login but when I do it never sends anything to my email inbox to reset password for me to log back in again as if the email or account doesn’t exist anymore and I even did research on how else to fix this issue and tried everything but nothing has worked! Please help …this situation is very concerning and frustrating as the new recent update or some type of error or bug is causing this issue.

契約してもまともにWebDav接続ができない。どんなにアプリ側でチューニングしてもサーバーが拒絶してくるからあり得ない。長い時間アップロード(といっても10GB未満レベル)すると回線ごとBanしてくる仕様。違う回線にすると繋がるけど。アプリからだとかろうじて使えるが安定はしていない。ここまでひどいクラウドにはいまだに出会ったことがないくらいのひどい体験でした。2度と関わりたくない。
New Update Kicking Out Of Account
I’m a paid user of IceDrive and their recent update has fully kicked me out of my account. When I enter my password (that is correct, I’ve checked) it says it’s invalid. I’ve lost precious files in the space that I have no way to access - as IceDrive’s new update is also not pushing the email to recover or reset passwords. This is very concerning, especially as someone who pays a lot of money for the annual subscription to IceDrive.

もう4年くらい使ってますが、突然ログインできませんでした。まあほぼアップロードしてなかったから被害は少なかったものの、定期的にログインしていて、まったくルール違反もしていない状態で、最近このクラウドサービスはアプリがダブって存在しています。この開発の意味不明なサービス提供のせいでアカウントが消えたとしか思えません。従ってクラウドサービスとしては【安心・信用・技術】この三つが欠損しているので、絶対におすすめしない。

I’ve been a fan of this drive brand for years now. I have always appreciated the quick responses from their support team when privacy and security was new to me. They were prompt in addressing the issue and always worked until my problem or questions were answered.
The windows app works quite well in comparison to the other apps available (i.e. google, mega, onedrive etc.) The real difference maker for me was the client side encryption and their choice of encryption algorithms to protect my personal data. I appreciate transparency from tech companies and I have been very happy with my Icedrive experience.
The only issue I have read about was how bad actors could “inject” code to alter file properties but after looking into it the threat level and feasibility were unrealistic.
I can assure you it’s more secure and safe than google drive and at least on windows it feels like a native part of the OS and functions in the same way Onedrive does. Minus some proprietary functionality that makes windows nearly impossible to use with any expectation of privacy or security.
But that’s Microsoft’s problem not Icedrives.
I also use it on android and iOS both apps are quick and easy to use depending on file size. I’ve had some issues where files larger than 2GB are easy to upload but downloading large files sometimes I run into an issue where the download cancels with no explanation halfway through the download or more which is frustrating if data is limited.
Overall 4 out of 5 stars ⭐️ I recommend downloading and trying it out yourself! Move forward into the future 😎

Doesn’t work
Does’t accept my credentials, which work on a browser
Too many bugs
This app is in serious need of updating. It crashes too often. Also what is showing in thumbnail often is not the right video or photo. I paid for a lifetime subscription but not happy at all with the service whatsoever. Please improve it! Waste of money so far, better the old school physical hard drive.

The upload button does not work , and uploading from outside the app times out. Please sort out
100s of photos deleted
Logged into the website this morning. About 9 photo folders in my “Encrypted” area are now empty, meaning I’ve lost 100s of photos. On top of that selecting ANY photo on the app just shows me the same photo from my collection. I have re-installed the app twice and the same thing happens: it shows the correct picture on the first time I select something, but from then on shows me that picture again regardless of the thousands of photos I have. Absolutely gutted.

Ice Drive Cloud Storage
I like this app as the best cloud storage space to add to my free Apple account cloud storage space of 5 GB. If there could be a default or standard addition to free Apple account I-Cloud storage, Ice Drive should be in place as a free extension. I like the rich blue color theme of Ice Drive and I like the fact that its name can complement my free Apple account E-Mail address user name. My Apple I-Cloud E-Mail address user name is elementalawe, which stands for Elemental Air, Water, and Earth.

Non si possono mettere zero stelle ? Non mi fa più accedere ho pagato 99€ pure oltre a perdere i contenuti perdo pure quelli per fortuna che i 199€ per espansione della memoria di cloud è intervenuta Revolut ad aiutarmi per ottenere un rimborso ma quei 99 pagati con altri servizi chi me li da indietro ?! Ho richiesto assistenza almeno per usare il mio servizio da 2 mesi nessuno mi risponde a decine di email addirittura non posso accedere nemmeno da browser dunque sono stato davvero derubato ed è gravissimo
