Entire service down, can’t access anything
IceDrive is completely down for me and I can't log in or see any files or even open a support ticket. This is a disaster for me because my clients need to download assets from shared folders, not to mention this makes me fearful of using IceDrive as a backup service in general

Holiday Photos Shared Simply
Shared holiday photos with relatives and they could open the link without installing anything. That made it much easier.

The app feels calm to use. No ads jumping around when I just want to open a file.
Offline Files Helped
Made a presentation PDF available offline before visiting a client. Good thing, because the network inside the building was poor.
Extra Security with 2FA
Enabled 2FA after setting up the account. Nice to have that extra step when important files are stored online.
Worst app in the game
I was a paid user until they decided to change prices and increase $80 in one year. I do understand that storage prices across the world have increased lately but I am telling you, Do not waste your time with this service. It was barely worth the price before and it is 10000% NOT worth the price increase now.
