I think the app look good, more optimizing and improved a lot of feature
Gets worse on every update
Before the recent update, I would occasionally get lead passenger contact info, now, half of the screen is blank and boxes are overlapping. Its embarrassing to have the client on board and I have to wait for the info to load so i can update my status. 0/10, do not recommend.
Clunky
This app is not intuitive of efficient. Navigating for information is painfully difficult, while entered info is often deleted and needs to be repeated. They know they have you locked In because it works with their livery program but if you have the option I’d choose ANY OTHER APP THAN THIS. This is a total crap system designed by a failed developer.
