The app constantly crashes when you check someone in. Frustrating and extremely time consuming. This has been going on for over a week now.

You need to update the app so it’s compatible with iOS 26. It keeps freezing and crashing. Not fun.

Much easier to check in passengers however with the most
recent update, my app crashes whenever I tap on board riders. Hopefully with the next update, it’ll be fixed.
