Overpriced and Not True to Schedule
THERE ARE STOPS ALONG THE WAY. For $100 I do not expect to spend 2 hours of my time in a bus making 4 stops along the way and sitting in traffic. I won’t be using again. Arrived late to the show by 45 minutes and did not get home until one hour after the time stated
DO NOT USE
Do not use Rally. They are a scam. They change departure times with zero notice, and while they have text and call alerts, they only let you know via junk folder emails a couple hours before. In our case it was a 9:35am departure to the KC Chiefs parade that was the same the night before, and then they changed it to 9:00am at 5:09am the day of. So naturally I don’t wake up at 5am to skim my junk folder, but nothing in the app… nothing in text… nothing via phone call… they have text and call alerts as I finally received notice of the change, but not until a text at 8:44am (16 min before the new departure) and a call at 8:54am (6 min before new departure). I didn’t check my text, bc I was driving on the highway to the rally point, but when the call came I was shocked to say the least. They’ve done nothing to help other than make their “maximum refund” offer of $50 (our tickets were $240). I think they are a pathetic company, with less than helpful customer service, and I wouldn’t waste a dollar with them again. I’ve always heard bad things about them, but until now I haven’t gotten to experience it. DO NOT use Rally.

They will scam for money
Made a purchase and got refunded less than what i purchased after technical delays to said game. Insisted the difference in money was due to other issues. They have since ignored me. Do not use this service.
