The app constantly crashes when you check someone in. Frustrating and extremely time consuming. This has been going on for over a week now.

Six months ago you were told that your app crashes and you STILL have not updated it. Sounds pretty inept to me.

You need to update the app so it’s compatible with iOS 26. It keeps freezing and crashing. Not fun.

Much easier to check in passengers however with the most

This company sends messages and calls you in the middle of the night to share non urgent info. or to make sure you’re awake 2-3 hours before your 6am shift starts. Talk about not understanding the importance of a driver’s good sleep to the safety of passengers!
