Great Products!

Ever since visiting Japan I’ve been looking for places to buy candies and snacks like I found there. Ichigo has a good selection, reasonably priced with free shipping over $100, and a convenient app.

Links don’t work at all

If you send a link of an item to someone, it never takes that person to the item, just a tranfer page to the Apple store, even if you have the app downloaded and up to date. I have to take screenshots to share anything with anyone for purchases.

Love the app but its very buggy...

when i open the app sometimes it opens properly and other times it just stops on the title screen. Ive also tried tracking on the app sometimes and it does the same except sometimes it opens and sometimes it just shows a blank page with borders showing me where my items WOULD be. all of my packages thus far have arrived properly and in great condition i just wish the app was more usable. besides all the downsides i love how easy it is to find all the things i like and all of the categories are super fun to browse. sometimes i just go on the app just to see what kinds of new things there are to eat! all of the product photography is also gorgeous! give that photographer a raise!

Currency

Would it be possible to have multiple currency options as I use this app from the UK, and having to convert everything to GBP so I know how much I’m spending is a nuisance. Thanks

Slow delivery

I was really excited to get this order for my significant other for Valentine’s Day, and the package is still not here. Now I won’t have anything to give him for our plans. I ordered over a month ago.

Glitchy

It won’t open! I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, but it still fails. I managed to order once off this site and was happy with my purchase, but the annoying glitches which they have not fixed keep me away. Customers have complained about this issue for over a year, it’s still isn’t corrected.

Deleting App // Buyer Beware

App consistently crashes on opening, often repeatedly before working.
Emailing directly was blocked by system, forced to contact help through app.
Customer service is dubious at best; response to failure to meet listed delivery window is akin to grifters. Yet to respond to second email.
Product is substandard for price (got it, I took a risk ordering chocolate in summer, but maybe if it didn’t take 21 calendar days from warehouse to door it wouldn’t all be ruined).
Hopefully your experience with this company will be better, but I’m done.

App crashes as soon as it connects to google account

I have tried everything but the app crashes as soon as I connect it with my google account.

Great experience so far!

I have used this app for around a year now, and have really enjoyed my experience! The layout is easy for me to understand, and I really like how everything is categorized. My experience has been smooth when purchasing and tracking items, but I do sometimes have issues with the app crashing and having to reopen it several times before it stays open. That being said, the staff has been extremely responsive in the times that I have communicated with them, and they have been nothing but helpful and kind!

I know that making an app is not an easy process, but I have seen improvements being made during my time having had this app, and they are much appreciated! Thank you for being a one-stop shop for a bunch of lovely products that I have purchased!

Literally unusable

Downloaded the app today and every time I open it, it crashes immediately. I can’t even use it!

No Apple Pay

It’s quite a good storefront for Japanese snacks, but the lack of Apple Pay on an Apple device makes purchasing quite inconvenient. Please consider adding support for it in the future.

Great deals, poor app

I love the offerings on this app. Unfortunately it never loads my past orders, doesn’t update payments or shipping addresses, and I can’t track orders reliably. I love everything I’ve ordered but the app itself is frustrating to use even when it’s updated.

One stop shop for all my Japanese snack cravings 🤤

I was already a subscriber to Sakuraco but I really love how this app brings all kinds of Japanese snack brands together into one convenient app! I can now shop to my heart’s (stomach’s) content! 💙😋

I really wanna buy stuff, from this app but it won’t let me. Every-time I try to check out it doesn’t let me because of how laggy & glitchy this app is.

Glitchy

It puts random things in your cart without you choosing them. Shopping cart button is poorly placed and is easily accidentally touched. Once in your cart, it’s difficult to remove.

Not very functional

I was excited for the app but it is very underwhelming. I tried to change my shipping address via the app but could not do it- I thought it was a location problem but I was able to change it perfectly fine on the website. The same thing happened when I tried to open a ticket. It kept saying I was missing something in the message, however I filled out everything. I did it online and the ticket was opened with no problem. Please fix these issues! It makes it annoying to use the app

App crashes as soon as I open it

Really wanted to buy from this app, but as soon as I open it and try to use it it closes, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it doesn’t work either, I’m very confused (the first time I opened the app it worked like normal until it had to show me the home page)

app instantly crashes as soon as it opens - shame because i really looking forward to browsing!

Please fix the issue with Lootly rewards

I tried making a purchase and use my coins as payment credit but it keeps giving me an error saying “Something went wrong while redeeming the reward from Lootly.” There are items that are low in stock so I really want to make my purchase but I also wanted to use the $32 in rewards that I have to pay for the purchase!
