Not happy since last iOS update!
Doing ok until the last iOS update - now I can’t access it at all. I’ve deleted it from my phone and reinstalled but still doesn’t work!

Very good music but it's only a 30 day trial. I am low income and cannot afford to pay the subscription, I wish there was a free version with some songs at least. And also, the app doesn't let you play music offline as the app won't load offline, despite letting you download songs. And lastly, you cannot delete the songs you've downloaded, there's no option to delete downloaded songs.

Frustrating app
Songs are great but keep stoping every 5 minutes
Very glitchy app
Great when it works. Unfortunately that’s not often. I use it in my beauty suite but going to look forward an alternative as ruins the atmosphere when the music stops.
Stressful! Doesn’t work properly
I’m trying to play certain albums and it keeps telling me to subscribe to play the track, when I already am subscribed! So I click subscribe and it says “you are already subscribed “ ......Yes I know, so play the track then! Aaaaaaaaargh! Tearing my hair out!
Great range of music...
So wonderful to be able to provide music to my massage clients but there are times when it just doesn’t work properly like playing the same music over and over or cutting out after one song... help!!
Not working
Keeps logging me out so I can’t tap on App when I want to play I have to delete and re install all as my clients are ready for their treatment not good

Very disappointed
I really enjoyed the music when using the trial month but since subscribing and paying, I have not been able to access any of the music, it keeps telling me I need to subscribe to play the music. Very disappointed as I would have continued paying and using this app regularly.
Keeps ghosting
Paying for this app monthly so the following needs to be addressed
1. Ghosting of different play items
2.playlists only play one song at a time so not the whole playlist
3. New songs added to playlist sometimes don’t work
Very annoying as there is no contact number to get hold of anyone! Yet you keep taking the monthly subscription.

Keeps stopping
Love the great selection of music!
However it never works properly! It cuts out half way through treatments and keeps telling me to subscribe!! I’m already subscribed do this is frustrating! It appears there isn’t anywhere to get any technical support either!
Such a shame as I mentioned prior the selection of music is amazing! Would just like to listen to it

Hummmmm
I absolutely love the i-Chill app when it works! Many times the music chosen just won’t work, they won’t play or they start playing and then just stop. I have three saved playlists and today there are none all gone, the system keeps telling me to subscribe and I am already monthly subscriber, so I’m not very happy this morning!

Needs improvement
I love iChill and I often listen to it, at work and at home. I had issues with the app not playing, I find getting into “back office” a bit confusing and it would be great if the app was made suitable for iPad instead just having bigger iPhone app.
It would be useful to have an option to block all other device sounds while iChill app is playing. It’s annoying to hear pings and sounds while, say, meditating.

It’s stopped working!!
My app has stopped working. Why am I still paying for something that no longer works? It’s a shame as the music was just right for my salon. Very disappointed!

Love the iChill app. I Play it very regularly and I am very pleased with the ever growing selection of license free music which I use in my work as an Holistic therapist.
No longer works
I’ve been using this app for several years but recently as some of the other reviewers have said it is not allowing me to play my playlist, or plays part of it and then stops - which is NOT ideal when you are in the middle of a treatment. There is no way of contacting anyone for help and I am paying for something I can’t use. Really disappointed not to be able to use the fantastic playlist I had curated.

Something is wrong and needs to be fixed or money refunded
I have been using this app for nearly 3 years and lately i can’t play anything, not even my downloaded playlists. I am paying monthly and being charged monthly, yet nothing has been fixed. My internet is working fine, I am using the app on an iPad Pro, and it won’t play anything. Please fix asap.
