Jail break
I am trying to open the app on the brand new iPhone 16 and it’s saying that iPhone is jail broken. Could you please let me know how to fix it? Thanks

Buy today Sell Tomorrow feature doesn’t work all the time and expect having your funds blocked missing earning opportunity. Expensive - high brokerage and yearly maintenance. Instant cash feature daily new. Planning to move to Zerodha. I missed a significant earning opportunity due to BTST did not work and no response from customer care. My funds were blocked until next business day 3.30 pm.

When screen is loading 'Risk Disclosure on Derivatives' message is not closing. No operation is allowed after this message. App development/support team Please fix this bug urgently or you may loose multiple users. Thank you!
Defects in the App
1. P&L amounts are always displayed incorrectly in open positions (for F&O). Simple mathematics of P&L cannot be displayed properly
2. Square off doesn’t work. I have to login into website to square off my positions. Squaring off options does work at all. No response when I try to scroll right the quaternary off after selecting square off

Horrible app
Pretty bad app that can extend your losses. Square off orders are stuck at submit. The app does not allow to square off the trade at times. You’ve to then ipen the old app or login in web and square off the trade. Don’t bother with this app. Such a huge bank/broker cannot fogure out how to do a trading app. No wonder no sane trader uses icicidirect.

Below average app
Their app, account conversion process is like doing things in 1970’s. One star itself is too much.
Login issue
After switching to this app, i am not able to login because the otp sent over email and phone number is not correct or app is not validating it correctly and showing error as invalid otp, also not recieving new OTP after requesting through app”resent otp” option.
So I am switching back to old Icici direct apl.

Confusing app
ICICI direct wants people to use this instead of the old app but new app is no where ready! Difficult to place orders, not linked to trading calls, for open positions shows loss in GREEN as profit. Worst app ever
Stuck a lot while opening
Always have better with zerodha and up stock . Every now and then icicic direct market application is stuck a lot and while execution not promo execute always a difference come up in trade .
To many details missing
I suggest your app developer should look at old app and looks at what all details were displayed. Missing total gain, loss details Missing purchase price details. Also stop popping and forcing to use this new app every time i try to use old app.

Worst than OLd App
Amazing to see that this is worst than the old icici direct app. In the portfolio section, while the world is moving towards letting users customise, icici has taken a step back and is not even showing basic stats that it was showing in its old app. Big thumps down.
