already installed and uninstalled at least 30 or more times but still just installed then just stucked on the product image

I uploaded the app to try and do a mobile order and when I open it nothing comes up.

it was a great app, could order online and even have a free ice cream after buying a few times and recollecting points, but now it won’t load after the image with the ice cream, so sad i can’t order from the app no more because i already had enough points to claim a free ice cream, if y’all can fix it again it would be the best.

Worst app, horrible functionality
Can’t use any rewards they give. Doesn’t work online or offline in the store. Store employees can’t even recognize the QR code from this app. Needs a massive overhaul and fix
