Institutional account not recognized
I cannot login using the app as it says my (institutional) account does not exist! I see people have been complaining about this for at least 2 years - so there is no excuse for this lack of functionality!

Won’t log in
My university has a subscription to iClicker. On the web, the login portal allows me to choose my university and log in using my university credentials. There's no such thing on the app. It requires the user/pswd, and I enter them it says wrong.

The one you're looking for is iClicker Student. This one does not work

Update this!!
For universities that have integrated their security systems to authenticate within iclicker, there is NO WAY to log into this app. There is a tap-down box you can use to scroll for your school on the website. There is no such option in the app. This would seem to be an important fix for faculty operating under institutional licenses, worth a lot of your annual revenue? Please update app to address this sign-on issue….
