It’s a SCAM. Don’t expect any customer service
This app is a scam
I had an order canceled didn’t get an email about it to know when I get refunded(never got a refund for now). Contact support four times no replies. The website support doesn’t work too. Delivery fee are way to high if you don’t live in the US (25 usd). Compared to other apps like whatnot where the app is more responsive and customer support that are always responding to your question. I wouldn’t recommend this app.

Not getting notifications
I set bookmarks for upcoming shows, but when the show starts, I don’t get any notifications. I check the drop down and there’s no notification in sight, and I miss the show.
Support needs to fix their issues
The address for the app are not populating to sellers correctly. I have had mail showing delivered but find out the label is not generating correctly so it’s delivered to the wrong area. I’ve had sellers say they are having issues with this and even after being guaranteed that it’s fixed, my address is still wrong.
If this doesn’t get resolved, I’ll be forced to leave the app

No response from Support
Applied to be a seller about a month ago in May. Heard they were doing a convention so was like “alright they’re super busy I get it”. Decided to send an email to them after about a week or so and there was no response. I emailed two more times after that over 3 weeks and still haven’t heard from anyone.

Easy To Use
Straight forward, set up my account in seconds, was able to pick up some books from sellers that disappeared off Whatnot, been told they are cracking down on sellers and censoring everything.
Love the app keep it up, appreciate the deals!

Account and Support Lack of Help
I am extremely frustrated with my experience with Icona. I have contacted support multiple times requesting assistance, yet I have received little to no response. My main issue is that I want to delete my account, but the app literally will not allow me to do so.
Users should have the ability to manage and delete their own accounts without jumping through hoops or being ignored by customer support. The fact that I have repeatedly reached out for help and still cannot delete my account is unacceptable.
If there is a technical issue preventing account deletion, it should be fixed immediately. If support is available, they should actually respond to customer requests. At this point, I feel trapped in an account I no longer want, with no clear way to remove my information.
Please address this issue and help me delete my account.

Zero Response
Joined this app well over two weeks ago and says waiting for approval. Messaged the admin about approval and zero response. Nothing. If you’re going to run an app run it.
5 Stars All Day 🙌
I love seeing sellers and artists have more freedom! And buyers being able to see the mature covers before purchasing is a huge improvement compared to similar apps.
Excited to see this grow!
Been great so far for me! I do enjoy that this app can give artists more freedom and doesn’t have to be completely censored like other platforms. Thank you for creating this!
Budget Whatnot
Basically, this is a budget Whatnot. Less staff, less rules, less safeguards, lower performance. It has quickly gotten a reputation for NSFW content which seems like a significant liability for all those involved. If that is what you are looking for, this is where you can find it. Otherwise, stick with a more established platform that has a team to manage safety and liability. As a cybersecurity expert, I have concerns about this app. We’ll see how it grows and matures.

Response from developer
We appreciate feedback and are continuously improving the platform. Icona Live includes moderation tools, age-gating, seller policies, and reporting systems designed to comply with platform guidelines. As a growing marketplace, we’re actively expanding safeguards and performance with every update.
Works alright
Seems to work ok, but you can’t add address that’s not in their database so no way to actually bid on anything. So if you have a PO Box or HC Box no play for you.
Good auction alternative
Seems good so far. Needs a little work but a good alternative.
Great App!
Worked great on first use of app! Highly recommended.
Tuxedo tiger comics
Absolutely best place to buy comics love there product
Tuxedo tigers review
Great new shopping platform, I find it actually quite easy to use
Amazing app!
Finally an app where collectors and sellers can freely buy and sell without being held back!
Great for collectors and retail shoppers alike
Really cool live auction platform. Very easy to navigate, very intuitive. Bidding is a breeze and it’s cool to interact with different hosts. Lots of variety on what you can buy! It’s fun to just spend time watching shows even if you aren’t buying.
