Used it fine for years even bought the unlimited access just for it stop working less than a year later. No notice or alternatives or anything except their other app (which you would have to pay for again) and there’s no telling how long that will be up
No longer works. No support
I have used the free Icona app for some years to create my very own logo(s). It was great. This year, the app would no longer download ANY of the graphics. I decided it must be because I need to upgrade to the paid version. So I did. SAME PROBLEM!!! Not a single icon/picture will download. I have tried deleting the app and re-installing, etc. I have reached out to support several times with specific info and the only response was “what app…?” Then NOTHING. I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED with the app no longer functioning and the non-responsive support. My whole company identity was built using this and I needed to modify for a new service line. TERRIBLE SUPPORT!

The icons don’t work, when you click them they just say unable to download. Wrote support about this but no response.

This app is definitely still working as of May 2023…don’t know what the other users problem was. It’s limited but simple and has all I need as a non designer to come up with a very decent and stylish logo

R u serious? Don’t say create a sample logo & then the next design i goto make requires a paid subscription. That’s faulty and cheating. There’s NO free version so how will I know it’s worth paying if I can’t even learn it or trial it first. And it’s whack with no instructional text. I wasted my free logo figuring out how it works I got nothing but yet you want me to COMMITT to payment. COMMITT to excellence first or at least to a real standard of service or product satisfactory. Nice elements seemingly but we’ll never really know because the creators are being cheap and greedy.

ICONA
Please update the app in the App Store. It matters to a lot of people! But the last update was 3 years ago. The ICONA program is paid (and not cheap), but there are problems on new smartphones.
Simple, useful and clean!
To me, one of the best apps to get some work done. Cool minimalist designs and symbols.

This app no longer works
This amazing is actually fantastic if it works. Unfortunately this app is resting in peace dated 2021 November.

L’application est très bien mais n’a pas était mis à jour depuis 3 ans la section recherche d’image ne fonctionne pas dommage et il sera bien de retirer la ligne qui apparaît sous les icônes c’est générant pour faire le montage et superposer des images
Can’t even get past the opening page - doesn’t work on an IPad
I’m not sure if I’m being dense, but I can’t even get past the first page on my phone. It is beyond confusing. To give context I’m 30 years old, not 70….**AND IT DOESN’T WORK ON AN IPAD! What’s the point?

Please update to fix for iPad Pro I loved this app now it crashes turns white to black screen then nothing. iPhone I add shapes and leaves bar line in the bottom. 😖 I hope you change it soon
GRAY LINE ACROSS BOTTOM OF PICTURES
When I find a picture to add it puts a gray line that I can’t get rid of at the bottom

I’ve had this app for years and has always been an amazing app to design logos. Until recently, for some reason when I add an icon it has a solid line right underneath the icon that won’t go away which is so annoying. Please fix it!!! Once this problem is fixed then my review will be five stars.
How do I get rid of the line at the bottom?
Whenever I save a project there is always a line at the bottom that saves too...it’s extremely frustrating especially because this is a paid app.

Designed one thing, the app force closed and I lost my project. Then I went back onto the app and it’s saying I have to subscribe and pay monthly to use it. So I didn’t even get to create anything on the app 🤦🏽♂️ Quality was not worth what they’re asking for it. Only thing that was decent about it was there were some ok fonts, but I wouldn’t pay that amount of money every month to use an app I might create 3 pretty poor quality logo’s with free fonts that can be found online.

After using every last logo design app on the apple store, this one is by FAR the best. Super simple and easy to use. I created the best logo I have ever designed, I’ve designed literally hundreds, and the one created with this app was perfect. I’m very picky and I have no complaints with this one!
