Frustrating
I set up the login but can not get past the profile screen. I enter the information and then nothing happens and the only option is to go back to the initiation screen that says confirm.

I have to agree with the 3 reviews I have read. Very disappointed but I suppose you get what you pay for! I was given this though my work place to encourage me to push sales of the watch; I never encouraged anyone to waste their money.
It’s such a pity bc Timex analog watches have always been so reliable and I have owned a few; they were always an easy sell bc of it. I’ve only pulled this one out again bc I’ve misplaced my analog watch.
I hope you can improve the app and the watch to restore my faith in your product. Or perhaps smart watches aren’t for your future product line.

Pairing is jut about impossible. Worked fine on original software. Time to get a different phone. Probably cheaper and might actually work. BAH HUMBUG
Not working
It keeps saying my log in is expired and disconnected from the Bluetooth. Then I log in and everything is doubled like my step count and sleep time.

I wish when I connect it to my watch all of my apps on my phone should go on the watch like a apple Watch then need to fix it
Not showing notification from my Iphone 14 Pro max
Im using Iconnect Pro B83 and all notifications from my phone are not being showed? How can I fix this? Help pls
Frustrated
The way the watch is made is a point of frustration. The side button is in an inconvenient position. When I bend my wrist, it turns my watch off. Yesterday, my battery completely went dead. I’ve discovered that my watch has not been paired with the app. My watch face has changed. I have no other choices. The app keeps closing on me and refuses to pair with my watch. Too expensive an item to be having so many issues.

The app freezes and isn’t very hands on
The app randomly logs you out, and when you try to log back in it freezes and shuts down. I had my hopes up as I had Timex watches throughout the years, but this app is a failure and could be sooo much better if they put the time in… Come on Timex you’re better than that
Came set up basic info
App locks up or stops once I put in my b-day and nickname. Thus, I can’t use my watch, or even set the time. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I conback and there are no options. Really needs a replanning of the UI flow here. Please update asap. Hopefully my email to customer support will be replied to early next week.
Literally can’t do anything.
I can’t do a single thing with my watch because it’s not even listed as one of the pairing options. I have a Active+ and that’s not even an option.
Constant Freezing
When I first tried to set an account up, the app would freeze. I decided to use the “visitor” account instead. Even still, the app seems to freeze and not function smoothly… definitely overdue for an upgrade. Thinking of switching watches because of this.
Great App!
After reading the reviews on this app, I was about to return my Timex smart watch. I figured I would take a chance and just download it. Much to my surprise, it works flawlessly along side my IPhone 12. The earlier versions may have had bugs that needed addressing but I would encourage you to ignore all the negative reviews and give this app a try.
The only glitch I have found is the steps on the watch don’t always match with the app, but that is not a deal breaker for me.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever seen
This is one of the worst applications I have ever used. The dashboard never has the correct data from the watch. The step number is always incorrect; the mileage is wrong and the daily totals are wrong. The watch itself is pretty good, but the iPhone app is junk and useless.
Just use the watch! Don’t Download.
I was at precisely 2047 steps. The second I connected the Watch to my phone, my steps were dropped to 0. I recommend just using the watch, as it is completely manageable without the app. Downloading this messes up all your data, and Is a complete waste of effort.
Hot Garbage, it’s going back tomorrow, spend a bit extra and get a Garmin
Couldn’t even get past the app setup. Tried to save some money, my fault, back to Garmin.

It works but the app and tracking is a scam can’t even sign into the app without it telling me to check my internet like I don’t have 4 bars and data! Fix your app please i bought the watch to enjoy the features but I can’t when it’s not even set to the right time. Don’t get this crap.
Works some of the time
Everything works except text message notifications. I have to regularly delete the app and texts will work for maybe a day after reinstalling. Battery life is awful. Maybe 2 days on a full charge. Loses data frequently. When you’re tracking your health and fitness, that’s frustrating. I’ve reached out to customer service and they’re really no help. They kept telling me to check my settings. Which I’ve done multiple times. Even the supervisors response was to make sure my Bluetooth was on and update the app. My Bluetooth is always on and this is the only connected to it most of the time. There hasn’t been update for this app in 5 months which was before I contacted them. It’s frustrating and I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of concern over their non working product.

Watch is colorful. Easy to set up but all I get is emails i want to get call and text notifications. Great watch if it let you choose the notifications you want.I love the charger and the band. I would gave 5 if I could choose my notifications
