안녕하세요. iOS 26 업데이트와 관련해 저희 연락처 앱이 변경된 것이 없고 특별히 영향을 받는 것은 없습니다. 저희 앱 뿐만 아니라 iOS 26 업데이트 이후 이전 버전에 비해 iOS 자체의 퍼포먼스 문제가 다수 있음을 참고로 알려드립니다. 현재로써는 앱을 수정할 부분이 없다고 판단되지만 개선의 여지가 있는지 다시 검토해 보도록하겠습니다. 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

How can it be a rip off at this price?
2) confoundingly obtuse - money for a Gordian knot is better spent
3) directions apply to a different app, NOT this one
4) page headers do not indicate your location in the app, or do not exist at all
5) contacts must be moved/managed individually, one at a time, singly, not in multiples
6) app does offer functionality incremental to the native Contacts app somewhere between none and not any, or maybe a little less
7) did I mention that the instructions are for some other app?!?

Hello, iContacts+ app can select multiple contacts and group them or delete them in bulk. I think you have misunderstood something about how to use it.

こんにちは。 連絡先リストの並び順は、iOSの環境設定の影響を受けます。 まず、次ののiPhoneの設定を確認してください。 iPhoneの設定>連絡先>表示順序 この設定は、iContacts+アプリを使用しなくてもiPhoneを使用する前に確認する必要があります。メールでお問い合わせいただき、返信をお送りしましたが、まだ返信を見ずに評価を残しましたね。無料アプリの場合でも誤解がないように回答いたしましたのでご確認ください。 ご質問がございましたら、アプリ内のお問い合わせ機能をご利用ください。

Hello, Sorry for the delay in responding to your question. It looks like you have deleted a contact within a group. Deleting a contact from a group is the concept of excluding the contact from the group. Contacts that are not part of any group will remain in Contacts without Groups and will need to be completely deleted from there to be truly deleted from your contact data.

안녕하세요. iContacts+를 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다. 단체 문자 보낼 때 이미지 추가하는 방법에 대해 안내드립니다. 단체 문자 대상자를 선택하고 다음 메시지 작성하는 화면에서 내용을 입력한 후 다음을 누르면 이미지 첨부하기 메뉴가 표시됩니다. 메뉴를 선택하면 이미지를 첨부할 수 있는 화면이 표시되고 편집 눌러서 이미지를 첨부하세요. 여러 개 가능합니다. 모두 첨부한 후에 완료 누르면 다시 메시지 입력 화면으로 돌아갑니다. 여기서 이미지는 보이지 않지만 첨부되어 있는 상태이므로 다음 > 다음 진행하여 이미지가 첨부된 메시지를 보낼 수 있습니다. 개발 SDK 문제로 메시지 최종 화면에서는 이미지를 첨부할 수느 없음을 알려드립니다. 평가 사이트에서는 질의 답변이 원활하지 않으므로 차 후 궁금한 점이 있으시면 앱 내의 문의 메일 기능을 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.

안녕하세요. 문제가 해결되었으므로 답변 내용을 수정했습니다. 그동안 iOS 버그로 인해 메시지 화면의 보내기 버튼이 눌리지 않는 현상이 있었습니다. 이 현상은 iOS 15.4부터 정상적으로 작동합니다. 그동안 앱 개발에서 해결할 수 없는 문제였기 때문에 임시방편을 제공하고 있었지만, 유저분들이 많이 불편하셨을 거라 생각합니다. 많이 늦었지만 이제라도 해결되어서 정말 다행입니다. 이제 iOS를 15.4 이상 버전으로 업데이트하시면 그룹 문자 메시지 기능을 오류 없이 사용하실 수 있습니다. 그동안 불편을 드려 죄송합니다.

Hello, We'll answer your questions. 1. You can register an email account for your device here: Device settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account 2. Sorry. You gave a good idea, but that's not possible. Contact lists cannot be sorted by date because registration time information for the data is unknown. For questions and suggestions, please use the email function within the app for a faster response.
