Doesn’t load
I have paid for a subscription and it wont go off the starting page. It says my subscription has expired yet when I try to buy it, it says I have an active subscription. I have restored multiple times and nothing happens
Things that could improve the app
- should be able to type in key words
- the design of the app is dull
- be able to listen to it as an audio and video too
- combine para pass , add more exercises so people can learn eg fun games

Useless app
Absolutely useless; have had an active subscription since November of last year yet when I try and access the app I get faced with a screen saying I don’t have an active subscription yet when I click on purchase subscription it states I already have one so I’m stuck on the login page

Hi! I’ve heard great reviews but I’m confused with which membership I need, what is the difference between the £2.99 and the £29.99?
Annoying to use
The app is good, with all the relevant information easy to access and search for. The offline feature is essential, and its good to know that the information on the app is always the most up to date.
However whenever I need to read the tables I constantly have to scroll left and right across the page as they’re not optimised for the screen size. Can you alter the tables so only up/down scrolling is needed to read more information?
I am using the most updated version of the app on an IPhone X with the most recent software update.
