No support, broken app, impossible to use
There is no one to contact because there support doesn’t exist, make sure to report the app as that is against Apples TOC.

New prerequisite message
I’ve never had issues with this app till last month. Every new appt made says prerequisite required. I’ve talked with my location and entering is correct on the account with them. All forms filled out. I tried logging out, deleting the app but still same message. Any fix available?
Convenient but very glitchy
The app worked great for a couple of weeks but now it keeps freezing and I can’t book future appointments. Please fix.

Not user friendly and very buggy. The Cryo service establishment in Fairfield is awesome. It’s just a real pain managing bookings.
This app is horrible
The app had me login again. No big deal so I logged in with my username and password and OMG it had me add all me information back in like I was a first time user. Then it made me deselect my location and all my lifestyle packages are gone. The fact that I purchased elite shots where gone. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Also when I do set up appointments, like after re-launching the app, all the appointments were gone that I had just created and it didn’t have me log in. This is a chronic issue where I make an appointment either the day before or the day of and the next time I open the app their gone. I do get some of the appointments sent to me in text so at least I have that and they have my appointments at the site. Please fix these issues this app is only worth it to actually set up appointments. Pretty much nothing else.

Booking works, auto checkin not working
Booking works great.
The location detection won’t register me within 100m of a location despite standing in the lobby so the auto-checkin and auto pay feature doesn’t work for me. Really wanted this to work.

Hi. The app is really good. The reason it's 3 stars instead of 5 stars is because every time I open the app, I get the "Touchless experience is a few clicks away..." message. And then, I get the same message at the top right hand of the app. It could not be less user friendly.
You built a good app. Why would you want this unnecessary annoyance to detract from that?
