The app lacks even the most basic of features
I want to say first that the PLN membership is fantastic (keep that in mind as you read on).
The app, on the other hand…
- It’s great for managing your order for the week
- You can rate & review meals, but then they are NOWHERE to be found
- It also doesn’t save your rating for you or anyone else to see, so you can’t go back to see which meals you liked, didn’t like, or thought was just okay
- Depending on which of the same exact meal image you tap on, it will either ask you to rate it or it will give you a description with the macros
- Meals are always changing, but there is NO WAY to have your voice heard on whether they should bring it back or not (because usually they only get rid of the good ones)
- Oh, but you CAN send them suggestions on meals that they should consider making available
- You can set a meal as a favorite, but it’s pretty worthless when you can’t sort by favorites or they are not conveniently located anywhere (they are marked with a heart under “My Plan” with all other meals, however)
- You can’t leave feedback anywhere in the app, and the ONLY way to reach out is via the phone number they give you, which is only your local PLN store
- NO idea if anyone is even on the “other end” of the app because there is nothing from PLN aside from the automated upcoming order and receipt
- No email or text acknowledging the review you wrote. Crickets.
- Want to let them know how the store is doing? Forget it.
- Have any complaints or compliments? Tell your cat.
- Have any questions that the store can’t answer? Make up your own answers.
- You even have to download an entirely different app for all of the health and weight tracking - the services they offer aren’t even in their own app!
This app is a necessity for PLN members though so we can manage our orders for the week. Just don’t expect to do anything else with it.

Awesome Meals
I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who has a busy schedule and wants to keep a clean diet without spending hours in the kitchen

We got our first order a couple of weeks ago. Everything I’ve tried so far is delicious! More filling than it looks like it would be & definitely does not feel like I’m eating a microwave meal! Plus the staff there is super helpful, nice & caring!!
Impossible to cancel
The food is decent. Wish there was an option for 8 meal plan. Cancelling the subscription is impossible. The instructions on the website say to cancel the subscription in the Users Apple App Store account settings - already a turn off. I have now visited Subscriptions, App Store, App Store Account… no options to cancel.
