Login a nightmare
The app doesn’t accept the password for my account (yes it’s correct); I ask to reset ; doesn’t send reset link, doesn’t send pin to set up. It’s worthless. I haven’t been able to access. I see why it was a 2 star review. Whatever you do don’t fix it 🙄
Insanely bad
This app is so bad I am writing my first app review. Says a correct password is incorrect, then when you try and reset the password it doesn’t send a pin? Literally log in on my computer with the same log in info and it works. The is an AI made App and AI customer service. Embarrassing.
New Member/Badges
I’m a new member so I haven’t faced any of the new app challenges others have, but the badges on this app don’t seem to be working correctly.
I did my first class yesterday and while it shows in my past classes, the badge hasn’t activated. I’m guessing this is a bug because I don’t have a way to check in directly to the class, only the gym.
Also, to add onto that, most of the remaining badges are for class attendance so if the first one doesn’t work, the others likely won’t either.
Please get the badges fixed.

Crashing constantly
I can barely get the app open log enough to scan in after trying to link my activity. It crashes every time it attempts to sync, which is after about 8 seconds.
