Payment flow wrong
In the latest version of the app the payment flow is wrong (again). After payment is confirmed in the user’s bank app it gets redirected back to the ICS website instead of the ICS app. When opening the app again it’s still on the page to enter the amount.

App werkt niet.
App werkt al een geruime tijd niet. Na het starten vd app krijg ik niet eens een inlog optie te zien, alleen een wit scherm.

It would be nice if the app finally gets more features such as downloading monthly statements and see/update personal information so that it would not be needed to do all this via the website.

Ik hoop nog ooit mee te maken dat de app werkt
Ik kijk uit naar de dag dat de app gewoon werkt en geen ‘technische storing’ heeft. Als het werkt is de app goed, vooral met de nieuwe feature dat je geld direct van je bankrek naar je card kan overmaken, maar 9.5 van de 10 keer dat je de app probeert te openen werkt het niet en krijg je een melding dat er een technische storing is, ik word er tegenwoordig goed geirriteerd van. Als ik weet dat ik hem nodig heb moet ik drie dagen van tevoren al gaan proberen elk uur om het te openen en hopelijk ben ik dan nog op tijd

App not working anymore. It lost all my card details and when I try to register again, endless errors.

International card services app should become available in English as soon as possible.
