Silly ADs need to go!
Come on man! We are overwhelmed with ads. I just want to view my cameras without having to wait for ads to load and then pressing X multiple times to stop ads in my face!! Time to start putting regulations in place with these ads.

No camera simultan
The latest update to the iCSee Pro app was very disappointing. It was much better before. It is no longer possible to view four cameras simultaneously, which was one of the app’s best features.
Even though users leave feedback and ratings here, it feels like nobody actually reads them. When I try to contact customer support, it just opens a link asking me to download another app instead.
Very disappointing. When will this be fixed? Once this issue is resolved, I will update my rating.

Advertisement needs to stop how do you turn it off
Camel works fine unfortunately when I get an alert there’s two or three commercials that I have to wait play before I can see why I received an alert how do I turn this off
Bad to worse
Now the app is begging to add another of my apps to its view. Here’s an idea, focus on your own app and leave the others out of it. People this thing called iCPro is not at all what you believe it to be. Stay away from it!
An amazing app
I have used this app for two of my wifi wildlife cameras and it is amazing. For the past four years o have recorded a Bluetit from nest building/egg laying/hatching and to fledging. The app is amazing allowing me to watch/record/save all the footage. Thank you

Здравствуйте!Можно добавить сетку, чтоб сразу 4 камеры было видно, как в простой версии приложения, которое еле еле че то загружает!
Меняешь с одной камеры на четыре, и наоборот, путем нажатия на соответствующую иконку, как в простой версии приложения, а то приходится из одной камеры выходить, чтоб загрузить другую!А так приложение хорошее, лучше чем то работает!

Basic settings don’t work anymore
Since a recent update this app no longer lets me go into basic settings, it just spinning wheel and nothing more. Also app no longer supports my bird box camera and the motion detection feature which makes it useless. Perhaps someone can fix these features

Essa versão “Pro” consegue, inacreditavelmente, ser muito pior que a versão comum. Demora muito para abrir e exibir as imagens da câmera, tornando o monitoramento praticamente inútil em situações de emergência. Além disso, exibe propagandas, o que é inaceitável para um app de segurança. Quando preciso acessar as imagens rapidamente, sou obrigado a esperar carregamentos lentos e anúncios. Em uma situação real, o invasor já teria entrado e saído antes que a câmera aparecesse na tela. Precisa melhorar muito em desempenho, estabilidade e experiência do usuário

GETTING WORSE NOT BETTER
This has got to be the worst app ever made and it’s getting worse with every update not better.
Customer services never respond to questions instead you get an AI robot responding with the same nonsense answers.
I would not recommend this app to my worst enemy.
Update means i can no longer access my nest box camera on 4G, STILL NOT SORTED.
I turn the phone on its side to make the picture bigger and then click the HD button and it won’t let me as it says DIAGNOSE PROBLEM.
No longer records video or takes photos.
There WAS an option to NOT receive advertisements but now that’s gone all I get is advertisements in languages i can not read or understand.

Way worse after newest update
After the newest update on iPhone it now forces me to use a touch screen joystick to move camera around ..before I just had to swip in the direction I wanted the camera to move and it would move ..it wouldn’t be so bad but the latency and lag of the joystick is so bad I cannot get it to ever go where I wanted and stop without overshooting it by a bunch
I understand trying to update an old app but you don’t have to add features no one wanted period ..or atleast make it where it’s an optional feature

Worst App ever
Does not connect to the camera most of the time. Also packed with ada and popups.

Разработчики, исправьте приложение обратно. Очень не удобно стало, понятно что хотели улучшить, но подучилось хуже на много. Поэтому лучше будет если все вернете назад.
This app is now worse!
Due to developer driving this app to focus more on ads rather than the intended purpose to allow you to view your cameras it is no longer useful. The app now loses live feeds from your camera but it shows the updates appear to be live. The clock continues but the video actually stops. This started happening with the later updates when the bit rate was removed from the live feeds. Time to move on to a new app. This one has lost touch with its purpose.

Latest update has broken the camera
Latest update has made the camera non functional. On Iphone - cannot reposition the camera by touching the screen. It is basically stuck in one position. Also forces a logon every time you open the app. On Ipad - it is worse, after login you get a blank gray screen, don’t even have a camera view.
Latest update is a disaster
I have used this app successfully in with my nest box camera for many years. I have registered to access it with an account as this appears to be mandatory, but it now claims to be offline when it clearly isn’t and asks for a device code that I don’t have. No, I’m not going to take down the nest box in the middle of the nesting season to fix this! So frustrating and disappointing not to be able to watch the development of my blue tit chicks.

I have found this app quite unstable, it will work for weeks okay, then will have to be re installed a few times a day.

UPDATE: It’s even worse with the latest update now. I previously could log on locally without having to log in but now am forced to create an account and login!!! Please bring back the local login function.
