Problemas de grabación

Me agrada que aún mantengan actualizaciones pero no entiendo por qué todo el tiempo tengo que estar formateando la memoria que se introduce al dispositivo y aún así también cuando quiero revisar grabaciones al menos de un día posterior no me deja siempre me dice error en reproducción y no comprendo el motivo desde que compré este dispositivo y bajé esta app para vincularla he tenido ese problema

Platform terrible

It turned out to be a good camera that I purchased now I see that I wasted my money. I’ve been having issues with this camera for the past eight months, dealing with it disconnecting all of a sudden, not making any alerting noises will alert me on my phone, but it won’t make an actual alarm sound of someone is shown on my camera and when contacting customer support, there’s no one to support and help on this platform have been messaging them since April and I still have no response little heads up. Make sure if it uses this app for the camera that you bought return and purchase something better.

The app has far too many ads, and they are too long. When I need to open the camera quickly, I have to wait for the ads to finish, which defeats the purpose of a security camera. It’s very frustrating, and I can’t recommend this app.

Open screen ads can be skipped or turned off in Me- Tools AdHub Ads/Google Ads, but updating the app will continue to pop up and close it. VIP customers who purchase cloud storage service packages are exempt from ad pop ups.

UPDATE: STILL BEING CHARGED $6.99MO. HOW IN THE HELL DO YOU STOP THIS?!? SINCE NOV OR DEC THE CAMERA STOPPED WORKING AND I TRIED TO CANCEL. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CALL YOU THIS IS THE ONLY PLATFORM AVAILABLE TO REQUEST A REFUND 9 MONTHS OF BRING CHARGED.

I’ve had this camera service for about a year plus now. I’ve yet to get any response back from any customer service help the app constantly having problems loading lately and I have the fastest Internet you can buy. And none of my other devices are having issues with Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, this app is gotten worse now they have added ads even if you purchase the cloud Service you have to sit there and watch your ad before you can even open the app. I’ll be getting rid of this soon and just getting a homebase camera with American service customer service I’m done with cloud camera services. Especially ones from China. I don’t recommend this.

Of all the apps I’ve ever used , this one should be taken down , 2/3 of screen is buy cloud subscriptions, all updating does is turn on external ads , Play Store get rid of this app !!!
