The app has far too many ads, and they are too long. When I need to open the camera quickly, I have to wait for the ads to finish, which defeats the purpose of a security camera. It’s very frustrating, and I can’t recommend this app.

UPDATE: STILL BEING CHARGED $6.99MO. HOW IN THE HELL DO YOU STOP THIS?!? SINCE NOV OR DEC THE CAMERA STOPPED WORKING AND I TRIED TO CANCEL. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CALL YOU THIS IS THE ONLY PLATFORM AVAILABLE TO REQUEST A REFUND 9 MONTHS OF BRING CHARGED.

I SIGNED UP FOR THE MONTHLY SERVICE AND MONTHS AGO MY CAMERA BROKE AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL THE MONTHLY CHARGE YET I AM STILL BEING CHARGED THE $6.99 MONTHLY. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE THROUGH THE APP SO THIS IS MY LAST RESORT. I WANT THIS CANCELLED AND I WANT MY REFUND! IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT TO CANCEL ANYTHING.

Estou usando no iPhone 16 pro Max e de repente fecha o aplicativo do nada, meu telefone está na última atualização, achava que era falta da atualização da iOS mas não depois de atualizar continua do mesmo jeito.

Anúncios de ecrã aberta podem ser saltados ou desligados em Me Tools AdHub Ads/Google Ads, mas actualizar o aplicativo continuará a aparecer e fechá-lo. Clientes VIP que compram pacotes de serviços de armazenamento de nuvem são isentos da função pop-up de anúncio.

I’ve had this camera service for about a year plus now. I’ve yet to get any response back from any customer service help the app constantly having problems loading lately and I have the fastest Internet you can buy. And none of my other devices are having issues with Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, this app is gotten worse now they have added ads even if you purchase the cloud Service you have to sit there and watch your ad before you can even open the app. I’ll be getting rid of this soon and just getting a homebase camera with American service customer service I’m done with cloud camera services. Especially ones from China. I don’t recommend this.

Of all the apps I’ve ever used , this one should be taken down , 2/3 of screen is buy cloud subscriptions, all updating does is turn on external ads , Play Store get rid of this app !!!

Manual light control button

Can we please have a button to control manually the lights? Thankyou. I wanna open the lights manually when watching live so that the people know that they are being watch. Or i can give some kind of signal thru switching the lights pn and off.
