업데이트 후 지키미 연결 끊김

현관에 지키미 붙여서 5년 정도 잘 사용하고 있었습니다. [1] 최신 업데이트 후 연결이 끊겼고, 재등록하려 해도 신호연결이 안 됩니다 (공유기 바로 옆에서 진행했고, 업데이트 전까지 연결 잘 됐음). [2]기기 등록 시 누구 앱에서 위치 기능을 사용하게 설정하라고 뜨는데, 제 아이폰 설정 메뉴에 들어가면 누구 앱에서 위치 기능을 켤 수 있는 옵션 자체가 안 뜹니다 (“위치” 아래에도 누구 앱이 안 뜨고, 누구 앱 옵션 아래에도 위치 설정 옵션이 없어요!). 앱 리뷰에 다른 분도 동일한 문제를 언급하셨더라구요. 폰 화면 캡쳐해서 고객센터에 문의를 넣으려 해도 FAQ만 있고 1:1문의 넣을 곳이 없네요… [3] 기기등록 시 와이파이 비밀번호를 입력해야 하는데, 글자수 제한으로 인해 비밀번호가 다 안 들어갑니다… 기기등록을 무선랜까지 바꿔가며 수없이 시도했는데 안 돼요. 어떻게 해결하면 되나요? 이럴까봐 앱 업데이트 여태 안 하고 있었는데 최근 보안 이슈에 민감해져서 무슨 일 있겠어 하고 했더니…. 역시나 실망스럽네요ㅠ 제발 롤백이라도 가능하게 해주세요.

정말 편하게 잘 사용하고 있었는데 ios18.1이상 버전은 지원안된다는 공지가 9월에 뜨고 깜깜 무소식이네요? 최신 ios 사용중인 아이폰유저에 대해서는 지원 계획이 전혀 없는건가요?

문자전송 기능에 있던 특정시간에만 알려주는 설정을 만들어주실수 있을까요?? 앱알림을 계속 받기엔 너무 많은 알림이 와서 시간설정 가능했으면 좋겠습니다…사이렌알림에 있는 시간 설정 말고 일반알림이요~~!
