Can’t even verify my identity
Tried to verify my identity so I can link my account to my credit card. Got something like “system is not working now please try later.”

Terrible app
There aren’t many mobile payment apps like this in Taiwan. For a country trying (but lagging) to catch up on fintech and cashless payments, there is A LOT to catch up. Jkopay is useless. I tried my foreign credit card, Cathay card, Sino bank card, nothing works. The app’s UI is cluttered, everything so tiny. 1 star is 1 too many.

No easy way to delete account
Deleting your account and data requires mailing in a physical thick stack of legalese + signature with no way to verify. Pretty shady. Avoid at all cost; there are better mobile payment options out there.

舊手機用舊版本,本來使用好好的,今天起突然莫名其妙要求更新到最新版本,重點又沒支持iOS9的新版app可更新,整個app變成完全沒辦法用,真的很鳥,爛透了.

以前這是對外國人最好的付款方式。不幸的是，街口已經不接受外國的信用卡。
This used to be the best non-cash payment method for foreigners in Taiwan. Unfortunately they no longer allow foreign cards to be added to your account. This backwards step makes the app useless for those without a Taiwan bank account.
Update: won’t even accept my Taiwanese bank card. Worse than useless.

Getting better
The app now supports ARC/TARC numbers, and I was able to link my Taiwanese bank account with no problems using my Taiwanese mobile number. Now if only they had an English version of the app.
Can’t sign up with ARC
App signup screen has a field for ID number (身分證字號), which ONLY accepts Taiwanese IDs. If you live in Taiwan with a resident card, your ARC ID is in a different format, and this app won’t let you register.
Could not skip update temporary 🤬🤬🤬
Need to upgrade app before use it. I can’t pay immediately and all people behind me were waiting for my app updated. 😡🤬😡🤬

街口好用，但近期多次遇如題情況，最後只能現金結帳。
一直進入更新的輪回
已經更新到最新版的結果打開App又強迫跳到App Store更新，但又已經是最新的了，都無法使用。刪除後再安裝結果要重新開通帳號，那街口幣還會在嗎？
