時間の無駄

時間の無駄。
30分1時間、1日かけても読み取りできないでしょう。
早く治された方がユーザーの為です。せっかくアプリがあるのに勿体ない。

使えなくて酷過ぎる

運転免許証もマイナンバーカードも試しましたが、画像撮影後に読み取り開始のボタンを押した途端にアプリが強制的に終了して、何も出来ません。何度やってもダメです。ただのゴミです。時間を無駄にしました。

何回試してもピントが合わない。
ピントが合う位置で撮影しても読み込めない。
レビューを見ると何年も前から同じコメントがあるのに改善されていないのが信じられない。
直近のアップデートも文言の追加？もっとやるべきことあるやろ。

カメラ読み取れない

白い背景では読み取れない事があると書かれていたが、ほぼどんな背景でも読み取れないのでは。黒のフェルトの上で格闘してなんとか読み取れたが...お粗末で星1もつけたくない

マイナンバーカード未対応

これだけなりすまし認証が問題となっているのに、今時、マイナンバーカードや免許証の券面を読み取って、顔写真との照合で本人認証などやっているなんて信じられない。なんちゃって対応ではなく、まともなマンナンバーカード対応進めるべき。

一度申請したけど住所が違うとかで却下。2度目で通ったけど、マイカード対応ならこんなことにはならない。なんちゃって認証なので印鑑届け出も必要。マイナカード対応してる銀行は印鑑なんて求められないけどね。しかも実印すら必要無いという...
すべの病院薬局がマイナカード対応しているこの時代に、より厳格な個人認証が求められるはずの銀行がこんなゆるゆるで許されている理由がわからない。
