Часто какие-то проблемы, то с доставкой, то долго готовят. Сегодня сделал заказ через приложение, так не кто не перезвонил, пытался дозвониться сам трубку не берут. Слабый сервис!

Баллы не списываются

Сделала заказ, итоговая сумма со списанием баллов была 1030. Оператор по телефону сказала 1085, т.е. без списания баллов, пояснила, что списания у них не видно. Заказа в приложении не видно, новых баллов не начислено. Немного зависает

Не всегда проходит заказ, вечно все подвисает. Даже если заказ не получилось оформить, но баллы списываются и естественно не возвращаются. С последнего заказа даже не начислили 10’/, от суммы предыдущего заказа. Вообщем безобразие. Вот так клиентов и теряют.
