협찬 어플만 10개정도 사용하는데 여긴 진짜 최악....
19,000원 짜리 받을라고 글자수 사진 동영상 구매처 리뷰까지 리뷰도 까다로워서 이건 포기하라고 주는 미션인가 할 정도로 중간에 포기할라다가 겨우 제출하고 출금 할라했더니 10만원 부터 출금 가능하다네요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
그 뒤로 협찬 제품도 없고 10만원 모을 때까지 노예된 기분 ... 19,000 포인트 버린다 생각하고 어플 삭제할까 생각중 입니다
결국 내돈주고 리뷰 열심히 쓰고 포인트 버리고 탈퇴한셈ㅡㅡ개빡치네

Sns 로그인 안되고 사진 올릴수 없어요!!!! 백번 눌러도 안되네요 ….. 빨리 고쳐주세요!!!!!! 인스타 연결도 안되고 문의 남겨놨는데 답도 안 오고 사진 안 올라가고 오류 오류 왜 앱을 만드셨는지 묻고 싶습니다!!!! 이용해보고 싶은데 아예 안되요! 다른 체험단이 문의 답변도 빠리고 잘 되어 있어 다른 거 사용해야겠다! 대단합니다! 신청도 못하고 계속 스트레스만 받았네요 !!

저 구매해놓은 거 아직도 배송이 안돼서 확인하려고 들어가려하니 사이트도 앱도 들어가지질않네요 어디로 문의해야하죠??ㅠㅠ
Don’t waste your time
This app has so many errors!! It’s constantly has them all the time! Very frustrating and I will never try again!! It’s a piece of junk!! Do better

No customer service
I’ve been using this app for a couple years with no real issues until now. I ordered a couple of the try now 3.99 products and one of them required signature for delivery, which has never happened before. I wasn’t available to sign for the item so I requested the post office to redeliver. They have not, and the review deadline is approaching. Whenever I had issues in the past, I could submit an inquiry on 08.L app. Now that option doesn’t exist, and the customer service link redirects to a Korean website. Even with the translation option on my browser, the text on the websites it mostly Korean.

This app used to be fun. I would have the chance to try some nice products for a good price in exchange for a review. I even won a couple of times got free product.
However over the past few months I’ve had nothing but issues. Either products I purchased are coming 1-2 days before review deadline, or problems with the app itself. There used to be a way to reach out via an “Inquiry” in the app, but that functionality is gone and it takes you to a website in Korean only. I have used another app to translate and sent messages with no response. I tried contacting them via Instagram and no help either.

Scam
This app offers free and paid campaigns, don’t take a paid campaign and expect to actually get paid though. I had a paid placement for ACWELL and have been waiting since the beginning of March to get paid what I was offered. After posting they stopped responding to emails and I found out the brands they had me tag on IG didn’t even know anything about the campaign. Total scam, this brand will ghost you as soon as they get what they want and leave their bills unpaid.

Hmmmm
This is very hard to navigate and unsure if there is customer service in English. This app used to be very straightforward and there were tons of options to get items at 3.99 if you did not qualify for free. Not anymore apparently.

Good app
I enjoy applying for items on this app , it’s really entertaining. I didn’t go to try anything yet, but I’m sure I will. Eventually, I would really love it, but the app is easy to use and the font and easy for me to read, as I have a little bit of problems with my eyes.

Low Quality, demanding, waste of time
This app is poorly designed. They offer very few products. I supposedly won two very inexpensive products, but both times they sent my products to the wrong address and essentially blamed it on me suggesting I put my address in wrong. They should have been able to see on the platform that I had my address entered correctly, but they never clarified that they could see my entire address. Why couldn’t they see it? I never figured it out because they immediately close your service ticket after they give you unclear information so you can’t respond. The app itself as mentioned is poorly designed beyond the aforementioned technical issue. There really is no review structure like one sees in other influencer apps. It is a very bare bones and basic app for often low quality products. They has like 1000 people applying for a few $10 Bright Crystal Versace minis at one time. Just seems really sad. I would suggest any genuine influencers stay away from this one. They have very limited offerings and poor service. They always want creators to make videos of mostly cheap products. Waste of time. Stay away.
