카드등록이 안되요ㅡㅡ

2년만에 하는거라 해봤는데 기존 카드등록한것도 없어져서 다시 등록하는데 카드번호를 쳐도 안되고 스캔해보려하니 스캔은 또 겁나 안되고 어찌쓰라는건지

카드번호쓰고 인증서하면 카드사 로그인 실패했다뜨고요

BC카드 0050 기업은행 해외 사용내역 불러오기가 안됩니다. 출장 중 카드 사용이 많은데 앱 내 문의하기로는 일주일이 지나도록 아무런 회신이 없네요 첫 문의를 하고 보다 자세한 오류 내용까지 추가로 공유드렸는데 아무 대응이 없어 여기 남깁니다.
