4일전 업데이트, 여전히 통신상태가 불안정하다며 앱 작동이 안됨. 웃긴건 법인카드몰은 정상작동함. 이정도면 법인카드 운영을 안하는게 맞을 듯. 능력부족. 자세히 보니 개발자가 ibk가 아니네.

사용내역이 사라져요

저번달꺼 확인하려니까 다없어지고 당월 사용내역도 일주일정도지나면 앞날짜부터 점차 사라지네요 꼭 확인부탁드립니다

재발급받고 다시 등록했는데 이후부터 계속 통신장애 오류라고 잠시후에 시도하라는데 와이파이, 5g 둘다 안되고 업데이트 해도 안되요ㅠㅠ 몇일 내내요!

지날달 합계 검색 가능하게 햐주세요

이번달 카드 사용액이 실시간으로 업데이트 되는 것은 편리하지만 지난달 카드사용 합계를 볼수 있는 기능이 없어서 아쉽습니다. 꼭 필요한 기능이니 추가해 주세요~

아이디 & 비밀번호 찾기 기능 수정 요청

잘 사용하다가 갑자기 로그아웃 됨. 핸드폰 번호로만 아이디랑 비번 찾기가 가능한데, 번호가 바뀌어서 인증 번호도 못 받음. 연락 가능한 고객센터도 찾을 수가 없고 어떻게 사용을 해야하나요?
