Разочаровали

Несколько лет пользуюсь и все было без нареканий, но в этот раз по какой-то причине, в билете не было указано место, а на автостанции мне сказали, что меня и вовсе нет в ведомости! Водитель сказал это не к нему, в кассе автостанции тоже ничего не знают.А к кому тогда с этим вопросом? Я почему должна платить за билет, переплачивать за сервисный сбор и остаться без места?
