Про поддержку и удобство

Пользовался впервые, скажу честно. Приятно удивлен, приложение удобное и все просто в оформлении и оплате. При посадке проблем с билетом не было.
Еще больше удивила поддержка.
Была неприятная ситуация с водителем, мой рейс уехал раньше времени, естественно я не сел на него. Оформил возврат средств через поддержку, ребята сами позвонили и направили несколько писем, для подтверждения слов. Деньги вернули.
