在成都，我租车要用他们的行驶证办事，再三确认是否可以去他们那里取，他们的客服不耐烦的说让我过来去，说行驶证就在他们那里，等我快到他们办事处，他们换了一个人给我打电话 说行驶证不在，已经有人取出办理违章了。我不生气，就是希望这种企业早点倒闭。

Good product, terrible service
Updating my review: service is even worse than before. There is zero human interaction anymore. FOREIGNERS: DO NOT USE. There is no way to refund the initial 1000rmb deposit for foreigners, because the platform requires DL name and bank name to be the same, which is impossible for foreigners in China. Deposit is lost, and I’ve been trying to contact the company for over a year now. Absolutely criminal behavior!!!!

Until the one time you might need assistance, with anything. Service members are unavailable via phone, app, or wechat. Also, the return locations are often full, and blocked from returning the car, but there’s no notification or sign of that in the app. You’ll just arrive, park, try to return the car, and then the app will block you, forcing you to drive to another location. Which may be Kms away. In the end, not worth it. Go with another service.

So far so good
I have almost no complaints so far. This is one of the few 共享汽车 companies that I've encountered that allow foreigners to register (with residence permit and Chinese Driver's license, of course). Although the app is only available in Chinese, it is designed well enough to easily use.
Most cars drive well and I'm glad that it requires one to upload pictures before and after use for liability purposes. I don't live in one of the big cities, but there are still many cars and parking areas nearby anywhere in the city.
I'll keep updating if I run into issues.

最差的共享租车平台 没有之一！
本人从世界之窗路面停车场取车，共缴停车费80元（已开发票），第一次停车未找到一定停车点，第二次停车根据App提示到西头新村，有车位停好了无法还车，客服说被预占位（期间产生6元停车费）！ 让我停在第三个停车点，万众城！ 具体地点也没说清楚，到了以后等了20分钟，找到了车位！ 又无法还车！说不是规定的停车点！ 又产生了5元停车费！ 浪费了我的时间和费用！ 直到第5个客服给了我明确的地理位置我才停好车！
完全不一样的感觉
改版之后可以看到全国网点和全部进驻的一百个城市，之前出差成都，在广州出发坐飞机钱就看好了成都的网点，到了直接网点取车，比之前方便多了
还车很不方便
今天在还车时提示该网点已经停了三辆车辆，已经停满，不允许我停车！这一点非常不方便，完全没有共享的意义，停车场明明有车位，系统非要划定一个固定停车数，而且没有提前跟用户说明要去的还车点有这种限制！造成使用非常不方便！
