Kept telling me to update the app in order to proceed with booking. But where is the update?! I already have the latest version!

我是台灣籍，先生小孩是德國籍，到台灣旅遊想使用高鐵優惠資源，但是優惠不統一，每個人的票卷都要分開購買，兌換方式也都不同，真的很不方便，下次不會想要選擇台灣為旅行地點，也不想使用高鐵作為旅行服務

What a waste of time to eventually found that I need a different app to buy tickets.

切換功能項目後就出現裝置變更的訊息，導致要時常重新登入，有沒有支援快速登入，很麻煩，請改善。謝謝
It’s not possible to switch to English
The language option for English is not working. The app opens in Chinese and there is no option to change the language. At least not in latin letters.

你的手機時區若非設定在「台北」，台灣高鐡的「車次查詢」功能會有誤.亦即若人在國外，無法預先查詢高鐵車次.
經多次連繫高鐵部門，他們還是不認為那是個問題. 台灣所有其它交通App都不需要手機時區設定為「台北」才能查詢車次的情況，唯獨此官方高鐡App有出錯. 請慎重考慮是否要下載此App.
