Horrible Non-Intuitive App

They should’ve kept the prior one and updated it
This one makes it difficult to get a station map (bathrooms are where?) or plan a trip and has mom-intuitive navigation that leaves you going in circles.
Worst public transport app ever.

Thank you for supporting the Taipei Metro Go App. You can find station details through the "Route Map & Station Info" feature. Simply select your station and tap "Station Information Map" to view the layout, including the locations of restrooms and other facilities. Regarding your suggestions for trip planning and other features, we will take them into careful consideration for our future app updates. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and truly appreciate your valuable feedback.

No light rail

In typical Taiwanese bureaucratic fashion, the app does not offer route planning for the connected light rail services that are an integral part of the urban real network because they belong to a different operator. Not user-friendly, not user-centric.

“Go!Taipei Metro” has discontinued its service as of June 1. The related features are available in this APP “台北捷運GO”. This APP supports multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Korean, which can be selected by tapping the language button in the upper-left corner of the home screen. All content and features previously available in the Go!Taipei Metro APP can be found within the corresponding sections of this APP
