Not in same region issue
This was great when it worked. Now I get “not in the same region” error rendering the app useless to me. What is the fix? Setting my region to Taiwan was no help.

Worked great for the first few days. Now I keep getting a message that I’m not in a supported region. I’ve updated the app, closed and reopened it, restarted my cell service. Still does not work.

Just take it off the US App Store if it isn’t supported
What a great app when I am able to use
I was able to use the older version of this few years ago. However after update, the app refuse to run because my phone is “not in the same region” as where the app operates. It is very inconvenient for travelers who wish to take advantage of the great public transit system here.
