Отвратительный сервис

1. Ошибки backend’а приложения;
2. Проблемы с отображением достоверных данных о занятых/ свободных стойках на станциях;
3. Проблемы с ПО самих велосипедов;
4. Проблемы с смс push уведомлениями о аренде, сдачи велосипеда;
5. Самый ужасный КЦ из всех которые я встречал и саппорт в целом.
Короче не дай бог у вас что-то пойдёт не так. Вы просто будите потрясены как сложно будут решить вашу даже небольшую проблему.

P.s. Треть парка велосипедов в неудовлетворительном состоянии, им явно нужен сервис.

Плохой сервис

Сервис, конечно, оставляет желать лучшего. Велосипеды часто не работают на возврат, заедают, глючат.
Часто после возврата не сбрасывается таймер и время продолжает идти и накручивают деньги.
Пожалуй, не буду им пользоваться после окончания абонемента и никому не рекомендую. Хотели как лучше, а получилось как всегда в общем.
