Ужасное предложение , деньги не дошли

Оплатила по Q-коду в мобильном приложении Ростелеком. Деньги не поступили на баланс за проводной интернет. Теперь не видят специалисты Ростелекома,где мой перевод по Q-коду. Писала обращение и тишина. Не нашли платеж сказали по телефону

Постоянно вылетает с личного кабинета,куда ни нажмешь -«сервис не доступен»
Сделайте уже нормальное приложение ,такие деньги берете за тарифы,а приложение ни в состоянии починить

Дозвонится через робота не реально. Чат не работает! Как дозвонится до этой шараги не понятно! Пытаешься оплатить. Выдает ошибку…..
