ログイン状態が維持できなくなった

今までは任意にログアウトしない限りアプリを閉じてもログイン状態を維持できていたが、最近のアプデ以降、毎回ログインを求められるようになり、さらにiOSのパスワード自動入力機能も使えず毎回手打ちしなければならなくなった。非常に面倒です。

細部修正なのにログインすら出来ない。ポイント貯めてたのに
名前も使われすぎてて付けれない名前も使われすぎてて付けれない

開かない

iPhoneです。2026年現在の最新機種で、iOSも最新です。ログイン出来ないどころか、マイページを開くとフラッシュを繰り返してバグってしまい、何も出来ません。ボタンも反応しません。FF14をやるのにポイントをクリスタに変換出来なくなりました。早急な対応をお願い致します。

アップデートしたら、ホーム画面とマイページの画面がバグって表示されなくな。、ジジジジ…と揺れた画面のまま固まってしまうようになりました…。
ポイントや名前なども何も表示されなくなってしまったのですが…どうしたらいいですか…

ログインの画像認証

アプデしてから画像認証できるまで3分くらいかかるようになってしまった

画像見づらい、正しいものを選んでも上手くいかない、指定が曖昧すぎて何を選べば良いか分からないなど

もう少しわかりやすい画像認証システムを使って欲しい
