absolutely unusable app
Не струва!
Ташак работа! Безполезно!Поръчах кола за определен час два часа по- рано и от умрял писмо! Обадих се по телефона:” Ми нямаме коли!” Е, за ‘къф ….. ми е приложение ?!
Can’t enter number!
Why is it even offering to enter a German number, when it’s not possible to add the last digit?!
Can’t use it
Can’t even register. When typing in a German number during the registration, the app does not allow me to enter the digit of my phone number. No error message, no registration mail…
Doesn’t work with US phone numbers
I tried two US phone numbers and it didn’t work
Frustrating Registration and Login Process
The app is incredibly frustrating and keeps you stuck in an endless loop. After registering, I received an SMS with an OTP code, but there was no field to enter it. Once registered, I couldn't log in with the password I created. When I tried to reset the password by pressing 'Forgot Password, it asked for a username something I was never prompted to create during registration. To make matters worse, there's no option to enter my email and receive a password reset link. Overall, the process is confusing and poorly designed.

Tried to sign up with a US number, never received the confirmation code by text or email.

It’s such a poorly written unusable app, I don’t understand why it’s offered on the App Store at all.
Awful application
This app is not useful AT ALL.The map is so bad, it gives your location in another country. I made an “appointment” three hours before. I set the time and even I was notified that my order was taken. But surprise! No car showed up, your call center women does know anything and neither helpful or nice. Every time i am amazed of the bad service that I get. don’t recommend at all :)

Не работи
Аз си изтеглих приложението днес и след многократни опити да си извикам такси копчето за повикване не се натискаше и просто не работеше! Моля оправете си приложението
Бъг в системата.
От доста време изпозлвам приложението ,но днес докато избирам начална и крайа точка ми се появяваше прозорец с различни градове и различни фирми на таксита. Досадното е ,че няма бутон ,с който да затвориш този прозорец ,а ако решиш да избираш можеш само по една фирма. Интересното е ,че за град Пловдив там има две фирми ,но никоя от тях не е Еко Такси. Моля отстранете проблема.
