送错概率太高，客服效率差

点了十几次送错商品就送错了两次。退款客服效率也很差，跟个大爷一样想什么时候给我打电话就什么时候打，我还得守着个电话等，没接到就说无法联系上我拒绝退款

凭什么逼别人下载你的app

绑定了礼品卡却不让用，大众点评和小程序里都不让用，必须要下载美团或者小象超市的app才能用礼品卡，怎么这么流氓！！！

美团花点钱做做UI吧

疫情期间小区不让出入，所以下载了美团买菜和朴朴，美团同种商品对比来说相对来说是要便宜一些送货速度各方面也跟朴朴相差无几。但是用了几次就不想用了，你们那个页面啊花里胡哨乱七八糟，一会儿红的绿的，这个惊爆价那个活动价，天天不想去菜场超市买菜的人都是图方便懒得折腾，那个乱七八糟，本来是省心，最后感觉麻烦死。你们好好改改吧！

五星好评

一直都使用美团买菜，上面的菜品大多数都很新鲜，只有少数碰到的夏季水果有一个两个的不新鲜或者被挤压导致的，大部分还是很好的，而且与市场价都差不多，有时候赶上活动比市场价还要便宜一两块钱，美团的骑手送菜也很快，很少有时候会碰到不负责任的骑手大部分还是很好的，还有夏季时候的冰棍，记得有一次冰棍不是用保温袋装的，直接用绿色购物袋送过来的，当时冰棍有点要化没化的感觉，就是有点按下去就有点软，我赶紧放入了冰箱，请慈寿寺店的店长及海淀区经理要重视起来，别的没有什么，还是挺好的～

秋童很好用，送的很快，菜品很新鲜
