「躍變．龍城——九龍城主題步行徑」全長約6.5 公里，分為五個特色路段，是全港最長的主題步行徑。北面從九龍城寨城公園起，至南面紅磡聖母堂，並以五個主題內容分成五條路段。市區更新基金於2017年9月委任香港聖公會福利協會有限公司執行本項目。整個步行徑項目已於2018年1月開展直至2023年12月，為期6年。
