Самый тупой банк прямиком из начала нулевых

Заставили оформить карту как студенту, поменял телефон и уже больше чем полгода не могу восстановить доступ к своей же карте. Пытаюсь авторизоваться по не могу зайти даже в банкомат для личного пользования никому не рекомендую. Никогда этот банк не менялся, спустя четыре года как я пользуюсь этой картой
