Не работает приложение

Все было замечательно до чего дня. Не открывается приложение, что только не пишет… (ошибка, смена региона, работающий vpn…) и т.д..

Не удобно.

Реально тупее приложения я не встречала .Подтвердить нужно введя любую сумму платежа ,ок . Я оплачивала один раз ,цифра ровная (хотя те кто платил с копейками явно не понятно все цифры вписывать или только рубли) и меня система не пропускает . Куда писать в поддержку не понятно . Максимально не удобно.
